There are some great local places residents can swim this winter now that Topstone Park is closed. The town has reserved some time at the Meadow Ridge Senior Residence in Georgetown. Information is listed below. We would like to let residents know about some other swimming options that are available in the neighboring towns.
- The Wilton Family Y has two pools, a swim team and swim lessons year round. For more information contact the Y at (203)762-8384 or at http://www.wiltonymca.org
- The Ridgefield Park and Recreation Center offers swim lessons, fitness and swimming year round at 431-2755 or at http://www.ridgefieldct.org
- The Town of Weston offers swimming in their town pool located at the Middle School on weekdays in the early morning and late evening hours and on weekends at reasonable rates for non-residents. Call (203)222-2656 for more information.
Meadow Ridge Pool The Town of Redding has arranged additional time at Meadow Ridge’s 25 yard pool for Redding residents and their guests.
